It's Child Support Day!!

Question by Help me please: How long does it take to receive a child support payment once it has been intercepted?
My ex husband owes back child support and filed his federal tax refund. The Treasury system says that the payment has been paid to the debitor. So what does this mean? When will I actually see the money in my account?

Will take a few weeks for the money to go from US Treasury to your state who will forward it to you, it will happen, just takes a little time

How can a single mother deal with a deadbeat father that does nothing for his child. He has 3 other kids that he barely does for…He just had another child that he does everything for? I have a child support order from state A. Since the order was created I moved to state B (where I lived for several years) during which I had the support order registered in the state that I had resided in. Several years later I have now moved back to state A. Which state do I modify my order in state A or B?

State A & lots of luck u can modify once every 24 months I beleive
